Simple Home Remedies for Glowing and Beautiful Acne free Skin

Daily Skin Care using Home Ingredients

Mix a single egg with a heaped tablespoon of mayonnaise and one of honey with a fork. Apply lightly on the face, allow it to dry and then wipe with a warm washcloth.

Mix one tablespoon each of yeast, baking soda and water and apply on the face. Wait for 15 minutes and then rinse it off with warm water.

Mix 1 tablespoon of gram flour, ¼ teaspoon of orange peel powder, 1 tablespoon of beaten yoghurt and 1 teaspoon of olive oil together and apply the resultant paste on your face and neck. Allow it to dry and wash it off with warm water first and then cold water.

If you want to relieve puffiness around the eyes or cleanse your face in minutes then try rubbing your face with cucumber or tomato slices.

Mix together ¼ teaspoon of limejuice with 1 tsp each of milk and cucumber juice and apply on face and neck. Wait for 14 minutes and then rinse it off. This acts as a cleanser and also purifies the pores.

Another method is to mix papaya, honey, milk and milk powder and apply it on the face and wait for sometime before washing it off.

Lastly, mix ½ teaspoon of rose water with 1 tsp honey and apply on face. Wait for 15-20 minutes before washing it off with lukewarm water. Honey is very useful for moisturizing and soothing dry skin and can be used daily.

These home remedies go to show that home based remedies are more effective and less expensive than facial treatments outside.
