Exercise add water should following the principles:


1, Can not add water when feel thirst. Because when feel thirst, the water has lost 2 percent of body weight.

2, before, during and after the Exercise all should add water. Two hours before exercise need add 250 - 500ml water; immediately before the exercise need add 150 - 250ml water; during the exercise of every 15 - 20 minutes need add 120 - 240ml water; after exercise according to the loss of body weight during the exercise, the body weight each dropped 1kg need add 1L water.
