Solar dermatitis(Sunburn) prevention Tips

2, to avoid photosensitivity food, such as amaranth, mustard, spinach, lettuce, Jew’s-ear, buckwheat, and so on.
3, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, because vitamin C and B12, can prevent and weakening of the UV-sensitive, and promote melanin fade, and restore the skin’s elasticity.
