If you want to look younger, I think you should carefully read this article. While these guidelines may sound obvious, don’t take them lightly!

1. DRINK WATER
Water is needed to help the body flush out toxins. The amount of liquid you drink directly affects the health of your skin. One sign of ehydration is if you press on your skin with your finger and it doesn’t spring back. Aim for eight to ten glasses of water a day. As long as your urine is a clear or light straw color, you’re getting enough liquid.

2. EAT A BALANCED DIET of colorful fruits and vegetables, other whole foods and nutrients for the skin.

3. Avoid caffeine, alcohol and nicotine as they can constrict blood vessels that nourish skin. This increases the appearance of deep wrinkles, aging and decreases the ability for skin to heal.

It’s never too late to quit smoking. Quit today, and your skin will show the health benefits tomorrow.
4. REDUCE STRESS
Breathing, meditation, exercise, relaxation techniques and rest all assist in reducing stress.

5. EXERCISE REGULARLY to promote healthy skin.
6. Take Enough Rest  On an average, an adult needs 7-8 hours of undisturbed sleep in order to rest the body and fell fresh again. While you sleep, your body not only relaxes but also repairs itself. Lack of sleep will lead to puffy eyes, dark circles and make your skin look dull.

Try to do more, your skin will be better day by day!
