Acne scarring of the skin is largely because of the poor healing. Some food can speed up the healing of skin:
1. Lilies, mung bean, Xueer, lotus seeds have a uniform colour to the role.
2. Eat with vitamin C, vitamin A fruits and vegetables
Vegetables: broccoli, cabbage, green vegetables and so on.
Fruits: kiwifruit, cherries, tomatoes, lemon, strawberry, and so on.
Stone: almonds, walnuts, sesame and so on.
